PERSONALIZATION:
Laser engraving removes the color so your letters will be stainless steel in color. Engraving is permanent.

We always recommend hand washing to keep your item looking great.
Can you make me a cup for my political candidate/party, etc?
Vic's Powder Mugs doesn't make any political tumblers. There's enough of that in the world! If you are looking for a political design we will be happy to refer you to another Etsy shop.
I need my order ASAP. How fast can you ship?
Processing times vary, so check the item description to see how long it will take to ship your order. If you would like rush processing, there will be a $25 fee to move your order to the front of the production line. Please contact me for details.

We offer a discount for purchases of 10 or more items. Discounts will vary according to quantity, availability, item price and the complexity of your order.
Can I send you an image for engraving?
All customer-submitted images must be either royalty free or the property of the customer. Vic’s Powder Mugs will not reproduce images that are copyrighted or understood to be the intellectual property of another artist.
If approved, images will be engraved as-is. We will not enhance or modify your original design. If you need graphic design work, we encourage you to contact one of the talented designers here on Etsy!
